Our planned admission number is 30. We strongly recommend coming to visit our school prior to applying. Please call the school office on 01225 355511 to arrange an appointment.
How to apply for a place at our school
For children due to start school in September 2024, the deadline to apply through Wiltshire Council (15th January 2024) has now passed.
For children due to start in September 2025, the deadline to apply through Wiltshire Council is midnight on 15th January 2025.

Non-Wiltshire residents
For reception children, non-Wiltshire residents should apply to their own local authority for a place in this school. For Year 1 and above, please directly apply to Wiltshire Council.
In the event of oversubscription, we will apply our Admissions Policy's criteria for determining priority of admission.
In all admission cases, Willowbrook Primary School reserves the right to request parents to verify their child’s birth date by producing a birth certificate or other official document.
In Year Transfers and transferring from another school
To transfer your child to Willowbrook Primary School, you should apply online through Wiltshire Council:

Arrangements for the admission of children with a disability
Upon notification of a forthcoming admission of a pupil with disabilities, the school will liaise with parents, the child’s current school or nursery and, where appropriate, external agencies to ensure a smooth transition to our school.
